We will refund 100% of your purchase price for items that are New or in resaleable condition (just like you received it). Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for any items they choose to return. If a return is needed due to our error, we will pay the return shipping.

A Few Exceptions to 100% refund policy:
We recommend that you choose a carrier with tracking capabilities and ensure your package against loss or damage in transit. We will process your return within 1 week of receipt.
Items are NOT new if they have been installed, are dirty from job site use, have been altered, cut or damaged in any way or are missing parts or manuals.
All Cable products that have been unspooled cannot be returned.
Sales tax will be collected as required by state law. Many states have requirements that if we don't collect sales tax, you still have the requirement to pay it in the form of "use" tax; and many states are getting more aggressive at collecting this tax from residents.
Please be aware of your state's laws regarding Use tax / Sales tax; in 2017, several states, including CO, WA, PA instituted new laws requiring retailers to report sales by residents directly to the state and provide notice to buyers. These notice and report rules affect many online sellers, even those without a presence in your state.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express, PayPal and Amazon Payments, in addition to checks and money orders. However, checks must have funds verified prior to shipment.
We do not charge your credit card until the day we ship your phone order; online orders are charged when you place them, as are orders for CUSTOM made products.
