Free Shipping on orders over CA$199*

When checking out, simply choose the Free Shipping option. All items ship from within Canada, usually from either Burlington, ON or Vancouver, BC, but may ship from other locations at our discretion.

• *Oversized items are excluded from Free Shipping – Oversized Status is clearly denoted on each product page.
• No coupon is required.
• Applies only to standard ground shipping.
• CA$199 threshold is based on the net total dollar amount before taxes (if applicable).
• If an order over CA$199 contains both a product that qualifies for free shipping as well as an oversized item, you will only be charged the cost of shipping for the oversized item.

When will my order ship?
"In Stock" items ship the next business day, often sooner, for orders placed before 1:30 PM E.S.T. (Toronto Time Zone). Other items (not designated as "In Stock") will be shipped to you in 3 -10 business days or as indicated in the item description.

If I place my order today, when will I receive it?
Your delivery date depends both on where you live and the shipping method you choose during checkout.  Your delivery date will be clearly noted by each possible shipping method so you can select the method that best suits your delivery needs.

Can I track my order?
Absolutely. As long as you provide your email address, you will receive tracking information within one day after your order has shipped.

Do you ship Internationally?

Exceptions - Shipping to Canadian delivery addresses that are designated by UPS as Extended Areas or Remote Areas:

• If an order is placed for "free shipping" and a UPS EA or RA surcharge applies, we will contact you with the additional surcharge amount that UPS charges us This is currently CA$12.50 for most areas, and CA$65.00 for a few remote areas (you know who you are!)
• Remote and extended areas DO receive free shipping, except the handling charge must be collected.
• We will WAIVE the surcharges of CA$12.50 for orders over CA$500 and WAIVE the remote area CA$65 extra charge for orders over CA$1200.00

UPS explains: Providing service to and from less populated or accessible domestic and international areas carries higher operating costs. The delivery and extended area surcharges are assessed to more accurately reflect the cost of providing service to these areas.

• Extended Area Surcharge - UPS provides a pickup delivery service in extended, as well as urban, areas. An additional charge applies for each shipment that is picked up or delivered in an extended area. This charge is typically CA$12.50.
• Remote Area Surcharge - This surcharge is applied for delivery to or pick up from an area beyond UPS extended areas, which are less accessible for pickups and deliveries. This charge is typically CA$65.00.
