As long as you return within 30 days of purchase, we will refund 100% of your purchase price for items that are new or in a resale condition (just like you received it). Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for any items they choose to return. If a return is needed due to our error, we will pay the return shipping.

A few exceptions to 100% refund policy:

• Custom Mats based on your specific requirements cannot be returned
• Cable products that have been unspooled cannot be returned
• Special order voltages (208, 277, 480) can only be exchanged
• Expedited shipping charges paid are not refundable

We recommend that you choose a carrier with tracking capabilities and ensure your package against loss or damage in transit. We will process your return within 1 week of receipt.
